Broker's Comments

We found this Fulmar in nice condition, Teak cockpit grating looks good as does her interior. The owner has provided very comprehensive information which goes to show a well maintained boat.

Owners comments:
Purchased by the current owner in 1997, it has been well maintained and is seaworthy in all respects. A reluctant acceptance that the rig and layout are too demanding for ageing limbs has resulted in the decision to sell.

The boats was fully peeled and treated for osmosis by Osmotec on purchase in 1997. Since then she is normally wintered ashore every second or third year.

On purchase she also had new standing and running rigging and refurbished Rotostay roller-reefing

Fore, main and heads hatches refurbished with new 10-mm grey-tinted acrylic in 2016.
Forecabin head lining was replaced in 2016.
She has been used for holidays, family outings and gentle club racing with some success as befits such a well designed craft. Latterly as the owner has been coming to terms with the onset of father time and changed family circumstances, she has had very light use. She is not immaculate but is well found and quite reasonably smart.
