The Moody 33s is a much sort after cruising boat due to the fact that Moodys are very popular. She has been fitted out to a high standard in teak. She is easily handled and rewarding to sail, a fast passage maker. This boat has the mainsail sheets on a track on the coachroof making for an uncluttered cockpit with no danger of getting entangled in a mainsheet while tacking or gybing. Her 36hp diesel engine will push her against the most adverse tide.
With the advantage of bilge keels she can dry out anywhere making cheaper moorings available.
There is a generous well planned interior below. The forward cabin has a double berth. The heads, which has a shower, are to starboard with a hanging locker opposite. The main saloon has ample space around the cockpit table, which converts to a large double berth and there is a settee berth opposite. The galley is to port with the navigation station opposite and another double berth is aft.
There are a host of new extras, including an inflatable with suzuki outboard, boom, AIS chartplotter, 1500 watt inverter, VHF, handheld cockpit remote, propshaft, cutlass bearing and coupling, plus davits for the dinghy. She has recently been serviced and is ready to go however there is some blistering of the hull under the copper coating. This should not detract from a very good boat
