Broker's Comments

This one is a real find. Very rare and a real head turner. She's a delight to be aboard and has a real feel of quality. The current owner has undertaken a complete refit. You will immediately notice the attention to detail from the photographs. The helm instrumentation and controls are truly exceptional, right down to the brass plate labeling.

She is comfortable below decks with a well appointed galley with refrigerator and cooker with double burner, grill and good sized oven. heads with shower, ample seating, and a folding saloon table for easy access and with plenty of room for the whole crew.

As a motorsailer, you will enjoy the protection from the elements as you cruise through the northern reaches of the UK. She'll sleep four in two singles and one double. And with a good sized table you'll find her to be a comfortable boat for entertaining a couple of guests. Cushion covers are all new and fit well with the over colour scheme.

The refit has been completed but the owner must now return to the U.S. Everything in the refit is brand new and unused, even down to the mooring lines, fenders, and Ensign. Take a close look at the photos and you will see this.

She has easy access near Edinburgh so viewings are a simple proposition. You will not

Okay,

Draw me in. What is the head room on this boat? Does the owner have the last survey he would like to share?

Let him know another Yank is looking at it.
