Broker's Comments

This lovely 50ft Trad has been very well maintained over the past 8 years since the present owner bought her. She was re-painted in February 2018 and has been blacked every two years and has just been blacked again in August 2019. The solar panels give enough power to run everything on the boat as the mooring does not have electricity and the engine has also been very well maintained.

As you come in through the front door you have the saloon area with an 'L' shaped bench seat that converts down into a double bed when needed. There is a large saloon table that can be fitted here as well as a smaller table for ease of use. There is a central heating radiator here that runs off the engine but as the owner does not run the engine for charging, it is not really of much use. The main heating source is the multi fuel burner which provides more than enough heat throughout the boat. There is a TV and built in stereo with built in wall speakers. There is also a small folding dining table and two chairs.

The galley comes next and is well appointed with a 240 volt fridge freezer which runs through the inverter, 4 hob burner and eye level built in oven and grill, a good size sink and drainer and plenty of storage space.

There is a privacy door between the galley and the corridor to the bathroom and also a privacy door between the main bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom has a Thetford Cassette toilet with a spare cassette, small vanity unit with basin and a sit down half bath, half shower unit with shower and is tiled.

Next is the bedroom with a good size double bed with under bed storage, single wardrobe and cupboards as well as a small dressing table.

This then leads out into the engine/electrics bay and then out to the helm position with a nice little helm seat that pivots in and out of the boat if needed.

The owners have lived on the boat but are now emigrating and have moved off the boat for the sale. There is a Honda silent generator included in the sale.

The boat had a hull survey in June and it needed some spot welding doing which has now been done and the boat has had 3 coats of blacking by the yard at the same time.

The mooring is not transferable.
