The Sadler 29 is considered to be a modern day classic and is acknowledged by her designer, David Sadler, as being his best design, his other designs being the Contessa's 26 and 32 plus other boats in the Sadler range.
She sails extremely well in all conditions and is easy to handle even in heavier weather.
She has a roller furling headsail and in mast roller reefing. A new mast was fitted in 1994 with oversized standing rigging.
She has a spacious interior sleeping 6. The forward cabin has 2 single berths, which converts to a double and a good sized heads with a hanging locker opposite. In the main cabin the saloon table drops making another double berth and you have a further settee berth with a large quarterberth. The chart table is chart sized.
This vessel is the bilge keeled version, which gives one the benefit of using drying moorings, harbours or sandy beaches or exploring shallow creeks.
She has benefited from a considerable amount of monies being spent on her in 2015. New sprayhood and dodgers fitted. An Eberspascher heater fitted for the cooler nights. Some of the wiring has been renewed and a new DSC radio and aerial fitted. The hull has been treated with Jotun epoxy system.
