This is a lovely example of an LM30 with plenty of space in the cockpit, on deck and down below. She has obviously been very well looked after by the current owner, who has also made sure that she has had regular maintenance and refurbishment. Wintered ashore, she comes with her own winter boat stand. The freehold deep water swing mooring is also available by negotiation if required.
