Broker's Comments

An IOR One Tonner designed by Stephen Jones the Oyster 41 is a fast racer/cruiser. Twenty-three were built between 1980 and 1987. Racing successes included five firsts in Cowes Week, RORC Yacht of the Year 1985, Alan Paul Trophy for consistent performance and a class win in the 1985 Fastnet Race.Somewhere masthead rigged and some ¾ rigged, and most are now sailed as fast and attractive cruising yachts.
This example has a fine pedigree coming 4th in class in the 2016 RTIR and winner of the unrated Cruiser Class in the 2016 Torbay Regatta.
A very spacious Yacht with enormous volume down below set out in a Stately polished wood style.
Benefiting from 2014 sails and a refurbished Hull, she is regularly sailed and kept in good condition throughout.
